For items currently in stock, please allow 1 to 2 business days for us to pack and ship your order. For seasonal or limited-edition colors, please allow a few additional days during high-demand periods. Standard Shipping (Within Japan) We offer reliable nationwide shipping across Japan. Kanto region: 1–2 business days after dispatch Other regions: 2–4 business days after dispatch Free shipping on all orders over ¥3,000 Flat rate ¥500 for orders below ¥3,000 You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your shipping label is printed, so you can follow your order's progress. International Orders Currently, Fluffy ships within Japan only. We are working on expanding international shipping in the near future. Shipping Address Please double-check your delivery address during checkout. We work quickly to get orders out, so we can only make address changes if you contact us immediately — before the package is handed off to the carrier. If you provide an incorrect address and the package is returned to us, additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery.

    2. Lost or Damaged Items In the rare event that your case arrives damaged or gets lost in transit, please reach out to us through the inquiry form on our website right away. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and make sure you receive your order. For damaged or defective items, replacements or refunds will be issued at no additional cost. Tracking Your Order Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also check the status of your order anytime through the My Page section on our website. If you do not receive your tracking email within 2 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact us through the inquiry form.
